Get your reps in to improve your technique and gain confidence.

Class duration: 90 min

For Girls & Boys:

Liberos/Passers will get reps in Serve/Receive

Each session will be 90 minutes long and we will have a maximum of 12 players per court to ensure each player gets the maximum number of reps possible.

For Girls & Boys
Setters will get reps setting the pins and the middle

GIRLS ONLY

Hitters will get reps hitting Outside in different tempos, as well as hitting from the middle and opposite positions

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

TRAIN • COMPETE • REPEAT

This program is designed for players who have never played junior club volleyball, and who want to accelerate their development of the volleyball skills for the indoor game.

Our program helps players strengthen their ball control in all areas of the game: Serving, Passing, Hitting, Setting, and Defense.

The program is open to all players, regardless of club or school affiliation.

MINI VOLLEY

Our Mini Volley Program is designed for players 5 - 8yrs old (girls and boys) who have an interest in learning to play Volleyball. The program focuses on the first two stages: How to Enjoy and How to Play.

The players inevitably fall in love with the sport and begin learning the proper fundamentals in the process.
