The I Volley Sand Fitness Training & Intro to Beach Volleyball (10 week program, 1x week)

Stay in shape/get in shape by keeping active, and having fun.

Sand offers low-impact resistance that allows you to exercise, building stamina and strengthening your muscles. Our one-hour sessions of fun, fitness exercises will be a great low impact workout, while you "wait" for your player's practice to finish.

Mondays 6-7pm or Mondays 7-8pm
Price: $200 for 10 sessions or $25 per class
