Terms and conditions for 10 - 1:1 Lesson Package

If you have to withdraw due to injury, a credit will be issued and the credit can be used for future registrations.

We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel or reschedule your lesson. To do so, we request you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your lesson slot to another players on our waiting list.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% cost of the lesson. No-shows without prior notification will incur 100% of your lesson cost. No Refunds will be offered.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, as it helps us maintain efficient scheduling and service quality for all our players.

In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. We may be able to waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
